The recovery period from the first orgasm and the second is called the refractory period.

From my experience, these points below affect my refractory period
1) A longer period of time without having had any orgasm is a huge factor. Eg: Day 0-3 no orgasm, day 4 I can cum multiple times without a problem.
2) Food. I find that eating healthy enables me to not only have cum a few times more than normal but also gives me stronger orgasms.
3) As other bros have said earlier, age is definitely a factor. Back when I was 16, I could orgasm 7+ times a day because of those raging hormones! Now, 5 would be my absolute limit I think. Last time I went to D1, I came 4 times in 4 hours.
4) I've also tried cialis as I thought this may have an indirect effect on the refractory period because of being able to maintain an erection even when they girl is doing something that doesn't feel that good. Eg: I don't like it when girls start licking my belly button. It feels utterly and completely horrible! But cialis takes care of that. I found however, that cialis didn't really do anything for my refractory period so I stopped taking it because it was a waste of money since I don't need any supplements for an erection.

Does anybody know how to reduce this period? Specific foods, exercises, or maybe even certain sex positions that could reduce this period?
