Unless you are completely useless and an obvious drain on the company's finances, I doubt this is the sort of thing that will get you fired or reprimanded.
From the employer's point of view, chasing down employees for this sort of behavior is time consuming and generally a waste of time. However, if I noticed an employee on these kind of sites all the time, i might very well investigate further because I doubt you are being very productive while surfing for sex ads.
Most employers would look the other way for a single offence, even if they notice it in the first place (unlikely). Some would give you a warning of sorts not to do it in the future. Very few would fire you for it, and those that do generally are large orgs with zero tolerance policies.
If it were me, I'd tell you not to waste too much time surfing for sex ads, and if you're going to do so, you better share the good ones. | |
