Almost all of my mongering has been done in Angeles City, so I don't have much insights on Manila.
Prices in Manila are on par with Hong Kong, although the quality and selection of the girls are much higher.
The mongering environment is not as safe. No need to get paranoid, but don't expect it to be like Hong Kong. Lots of scams and pickpocketing. You'll need to use some commonsense. | |
