I would tend to believe whatever is said above regarding penalties for silly shit and Sanado being stingy. One of the staff there has been bitching to me about how he/she is doing a higher grade job now but still getting paid at the lower grade.
I also verified this "penalty-culture" with one of the massage girls in Sanado that I'm pretty chill with.
It all feels so evil but at the end of the day, it helps to maintain good service for punters like us. So I suppose it cuts both ways. | |
