On the Chinese DB, it says that you go up the stairs between these two shops: 日東電器行 and 日東五金有限公司 which as per the photos is correct.
What time did you go? Sometimes at night the gates are closed.
I find that at these kind of places, if the gates are closed during the day, they aren't actually locked, so you can push or pull them open. Or if they are locked, there is a specific bell on the wall with some sort of hint its for 141 or a specific room number.
Or if you are desperate, the girls on the DB in this building have phone numbers to call.
I haven't visited this place myself, but this is all I can suggest you can try. | |
