Yes then you definitely want to hit LKF, the main street has a couple places. Insomnia and Hard Rock are there, but at night there are a few more WGs especially in Hard Rock. Insomnia you have to buy a drink to get to the dance floor.
Volare club has the younger crowd and is more chic, however go up through LKF hotel and you have Wagu, Tonic and about 2 other places. On the way up LKF hotel you can also stop at the RUssian Freezer bar if you havent already been there. Vodka shots in a freezer.
I cannot remember the name of the bar on Lyndhurst terrace, however its a couple floors and the 2nd floor as pool tables. Then you can walk your way to Soho for more, Soho is pricier and mainly pubs and restaurants.
You can also try Wan Chai if you like however you are more likely to run into WGs here and there are mainly bars that turn into clubs at night, some people start here then end up at LKF or skip WC completely.
If you go to Openrice.com for HK, search LKF in district and restaurant type is disco, insomnia comes up. Then click the map and it shows everything listed on open rice in the area, you can find places to eat/ party and the nice thing is it has customer reviews, and is in English too.

Happy partying : )
