Those are glass suction cups, traditionally one uses a flame to draw out the air before the cup is applied to parts of the body like back, shoulders, arms, legs etc
Once applied it sucks the skin into the cup, and is left there for maybe 10 mins then removed, it creates a round deep red mark on the shin that lasts for a few days to a week. Each treatment would use 12+ cups a time. The treatment is for ridding the bodyof dampness that leads to muscles and tendons being fatigued.
I can tell you this treatment works provided one do not do this too often
It looks like they have a machine to suck the air out rather then using flames
This treatment doesn't hurt that much but is very uncomfortable !
