I think especially once you get her naked, then you should pay the full amount.
I see no harm in negotiating... $50 is too little though, at least offer half.
But if she says no, then increase till she accepts or pay the full amount...
But what kennyhlee did is just wrong. If you had sex with the girl, then pay. I don't care how ugly she is...
On To Kwa Wan, I agree that the buildings on the outside/stairwells are mostly complete dumps.
The rooms are usually fine though.
Its also a different scene there though in that it only really gets busy after 7pm till 2am maybe...
Whereas if you look at other locations like Wanchai/CWB/MK (Fuji excluded), its more busy from noon till 9pm and many of the girls are out of there by 9pm.
Perhaps two anomalies out there... (one still there, the other from time to time apparently)...
Angela from SKM is now in TKW (lots of reports of her days in SKM, not young though, but good service)
