My big bug-bear is "The Pong" which just kills every single ounce of my desire.
But I reason that since I had made a good faith contract, if I was the one who wants to walk away, then its my obligation to still fulfill my part of the bargain.
Or at least negotiate in good faith a rescind fee for not going ahead..... knowing full well that I AM in the final analysis still responsible for the full amount if such negotiations break down.
