Some points may sound drastic, but then again, it's one man's point of view and rules he lives by.
Some of us may beg to differ as we may have our own rules that we live by and is able to maintain control over the situation. IMHO, it will depend on individuals but I find the points made are pretty clear and to the matter of fact.
I got burnt once for keeping and not releasing. But that was in China, not Thailand...my point is, the rules above could probably apply anywhere in the punting world.
We can bend it somewhat, but I think it's a good guide to begin with.
All we are looking for is fun, respecting local culture will definitely improve our mileage. Everyone appreciates someone who knows and respect local cultures and I suppose this applies anywhere in the world as well. I mean who wouldn't be impress when we could utter just a few smattering words of local lingo? That means we made effort, that means respect is given, that means we some what care...and I think any ladies will be impressed and moved...
