I'd say one week, max two, prior is enough lead time for you to firm up your arrangements - as a lot of the clientele does the same; go up one week and make arrangements for the next week. And worse come to worse and things gets too hectic then. you could always rely on the CP agents like your name-sake Big Swingin Dave to get you what you want,
