Actually IMHO, WG's falling for guys happens a lot more than most suspect; as you pointed out, all it takes is for a client to be a bit more caring, a bit more gentle, treat them properly and not just like a piece of meat...and it just gets to a lot of WG's. I mean as callous and totally unfeeling most customers just are.
I know that you, wander, are always very decent to your girls and treat them 100% right. But what I worry about are those guys who knows this "truth" about WG's and their very soft spot...and goes on to abuse such; making them fall for them, not paying them their fair dues, being abusive to them etc. In fact, I'd even suspect/think that its this very soft spot of WG's that many Pimps fully exploit to control their girls.
But as far as just regular mongers, I really do NOT have high regards for guys who make it a point to get freebies etc from WG's by using this ploy. IMHO, NOT paying a WG to have sex with you is just stealing from her.
