Salon De Ning could be a good choice bro - but bear in mind drinks can be $150-170 a pop and no HH (last time i checked) - so be prepared to have a hefty bill at the end!
It's difficult to find a bar for your needs - i'd imagine bars nr the midlevels escalator may not be the best choice - unless you can find private bars. There seems an unending supply of expats for every bar in Central! | |
