Matsumoto,
Very good post!
Firstly, the green discharge is probably a result of an yeast infection. Those greenish discharge and chunks are basically the bodily fluid trying to flush away all the accumulated gunk inside. It can be treated with the correct amount of antibiotics.
You are very correct in your assessment of evolving and more drug resistant bacteria out there that lead to Tuberculosis. It's a huge epidermic especially in India and China where Antibiotics are usually abused and overused. In China, clinics actually earn more money by just injecting antibiotics into the IV bag to charge patients more.
Thus whenever you see someone in China get sick the go a get an IV which is filled with a shot of antibiotics. That's why people feel better after an IV drip, they got fluids in their body and if there's a bacterial infection they feel better right away. However, the problem is most of the antibiotics require you to take a few days of it to make sure the bacteria is completely killed off. if not, just one shot and not finishing up the full course will allow the bacteria to multiply and become even stronger, But this type of practice is making bacteria more resistant to multiple forms of stronger antibiotics in the market, leading to TB. Perhaps that's why if you ever get a cold or infection (strep throat/bronchitis) from China it's extra nasty and very hard to get well.
It's just really tough for a WG. Imagine you don't have much money and you have something really bad going on in your body. Sometimes the girl neglects seeing doctors to save money and it does lead to serious illnesses that may even require surgery later on.
At many saunas in China, just to let you know, management requires every girl to get an antibiotic shot to make sure that they are free of any type of infection. People in China think that antibiotics is the solve-it-all for all diseases and they are wrong. They don't even have symptoms and they are getting shots. But these types of practices also contribute to drug resistant bacteria. The over-use of antibiotics is prevalent in China and in other countries such as India and parts of Africa.
