The most common non dice game is "15-20". Basically both players use both hands, each hand either in an open or closed position. When all 4 hands are "closed" or in a fist shape, it's equal to 0. If one hand out of the 4 is in an open position, it's equal to 5. Two hands open equal 10 and so on...
Each player gets to call a number (0,5,10,15 or 20). If they get the total wrong, the other player calls a number. This goes back and forth, until one of the player gets the number they called right. This player gets to call another number again, and if he gets it right again he wins. (and the other has to drink, or is punished in some way). If the 2nd call is wrong then the other player calls. So you have to get the number correctly twice in a row.
Each player can open or close one hand or both at each call, making the numbers random.
This needs to be played very quickly.

There are many variations of this game. The numbers are usually replaced by some sort of item, or action i.e.:
The "congee game", 3 types of congee: beef congee (the player must put his fingers on his temple to emulate horns), small boat congee (must do a rowing motion), fish congee (must do a fish movement with both hands).
The "McDonald game": 3 foods: French fries (hands next to ears with fingers pointed up), milkshake (must squeeze own chest like milking), fillet o fish (fish motion). Oh and you have to start the game by saying "Arrived at Mc Donalds, what the fuck to eat" (it rhymes in Cantonese).
I got loads of these if you want more... yes I go to a lot of KTVs...
