After hours and hours of arduous searching on this site I found you a link that has a summary of all the big Wan Chai bars within walking distance of your hotel:

And while the Renaissance is a bit of a walk to Lockhart Road (all those overhead walkways make it take 20 minutes), it's still o.k. They usually have a fun filipino cover band in the 2nd floor lobby bar, you can also take another walkway over to the Grand Hyatt which has an even higher class bar, with the occasional working girl, but it's more expensive. Also, I've gotten lucky with the R's in house massage staff so you never know! 
I'm not a big walkup expert, but the 141 walkups are really a must do while you're in town. Just use the database search and narrow it to your neighborhood and have at it! Crazy cheap and sleazy good fun!
