There are actually a couple of reports on the clubs there, but I don't recall them being referred to as "Energy Plaza" clubs, just "KTV next to Regal Kowloon" and such, so you'll have to be creative in your search string. Also, Tony Toro posted an excellent guide to the SW scene in the area.
It sounded like (just from reading, I've not been in those clubs) that some of them had fairly reasonable sitting fees.
