But, seriously, you would need to be outrageously wealthy to be able to dress in a way that attracts much attention in HK ... way too many people are ... outrageously wealthy that is ...

Hong Kong has the highest ratio of police / inhabitant in the world, it also has the first (and may still be the only) Independent Commission Against Corruption, and was (literally) cleaned up during SARS ...

it's the only city in the World where I would consider walking down a dark alley alone after 1am ...

... but of course you won't be doing that will you? ...
