	Unsafe punting. HK is totally safe. Tokyo, Singapore as well. You're never going to get in any trouble in these places unless you bring trouble with you. No excuse for being stupid in these places, but as long as you act reasonably smart, you'll be fine. The least safe I feel punting, honestly, is in the states. Gangs, drugs, and the constant fear that you are gonna get busted by LE. I pretty much just quit. The crappy lays I was getting at double or triple the cost of Asia, and with the added fear of getting busted... Just not worth it.
