This reminds me of geisha girls back in Japan in the old ancient times, that's what they are trained to do. A lot of Korean Culture is fairly similar to Japanese culture so I could see that there is a correlation or even a market for such elite girls. But in the end I'm sure that if the CEO really wanted to he could get the girl in bed right? Or perhaps not being able to get the girl in bed is whatkeeps the guys coming back for more?
