We should always promote safe sex ... but we should not actively discuss about :

1. how safe a sex act is
2. what to do when one believes he contacted STD except to see a doctor
3. giving advise on medical conditions based on one's own experience

* safe sex is using a condom ... safer sex is no exchange of bodily fluids *
