SORRY - IMPORTANT MATTER!!
Guys:
Of late, I have been under constant and relentless attack by a group of Seniors railing against the Idle Chat thread, and I would like to throw it here for discussion/for your own opinions/suggestions/rebuke as to how this thread is participated by all of us.
First on their agenda to close our thread down is the fact that I DO grant each and every poster here a K for participating; in my mind, at first to build a critical mass for its viability, later on as I realize that especially for newbies, they DO many times require a bit of a push to even make their first tentative dip of their toes here and then to really start to participate in the other parts of our forum.
Second, they have accused us of “Mutual Karma Whoring” where the only reason I give K’s to others here is to have some kind of quid pro quo grant of K back to me. Please advise me if I EVER even suggest to ANY ONE of you to do this? In fact, I would appreciate it if someone here can recall the thread where I actually stated that you must NOT do that (Ooops…I myself cain’t find it yet!! Sigh…). I mean, do I really need more K's?
Third is their assertion that this thread serves NO useful purpose whatever towards the aims of the form. I maintain that it IS a convenient place for ANYBODY to congregate, shoot the breeze when NOT having any particular gal/particular discussion to report on AND to just experience and enjoy the sense of camaraderie that is important for any forums such as ours.
Let me just throw this brief post to you guys and hopefully we can shape our thread into something even better.

Another important thing - please do NOT fall into THEIR trap when replying to this post - as they're also NONSENSICALLY accusing me of "building up" my own clan/power base via this thread.
