Not only no details - but the only detail that OP provides - Hourly hotel in Happy Valley - wellllll....as far as I know - there ain't any! The last one there is now a footsy place!
Maybe the OP could provide us with how he managed to find a Happy Valley Hourly motel - something I myself would be plenty pleased to find out about as the Emperor's rates are just too ridiculous nowadays.
