we are still using blackberry messenger to chat 
i hate to say it, but it is so popular in indonesia that most of them have it.
i do want to have android though, but its still not as popular as blackberry(this slow loading phone which always jammed  , program crash  ). so i'll stick to blackberry for a little while till most of my friends move on to either android or iPhone.
for iPhone, i don't like it as it is so pricy, and lack of freedom to tinker with it.
it is cool and surely more friendly to public for those who don't like to tinker with their phone.
i am sure that more people will move to this gadget 2 or 3 years in the future

i'll ask if she had a cam on her computer so that we can Video calls.
and resort to VoIP if she don't have it
