Welll.... your punts via Wanchai bars and WC bar girls probably does not need much by way of "ice-breakers" or routine as you probably already got to know her a bit better during your pre-copulation dance/chats at the bar!!
It probably applies more to situations where you meet a gal one moment and the next minute you're ready to get it on! Like when going up to a walk-up/hotel walk in Hong kong, and elsewere, when one goes to a BBS to get a girl or a sauna in China, a soapy in LOS, a TER/Redbook/Craig's list gal in the U.S, a FKK in Europe etc etc.
One's only got a few moments to "set the mood" and get the punt off on to a good start. In China, the first questions USUALLY asked are "where are you from?" or "how's business these days? Better or worse?"
As for myself, I usually try to zero in on whatever it was that attracted me to pick her amongst others and pay lots of compliments to her on this outstanding quality I particularly like. It makes it much easier for me as what I express IS the truth!!
