Halfclover is exactly right. Damn aligning the planets is a pain in the ass. I have done an insane amount of work trying to line things up with the house, kids, whatever and get some damn excuse after all of that work. I learned to volunteer for nice international trips and just enjoy myself as much as I possibly could because home life was just too much fucking work. I personally have also realized that for me, marriage is not really that important. I LOVE my kids, my house and my car and that is pretty much where it ends for me. I stay for them and my happiness is provided by the many women I meet all over the world.
As I have grown older, I have learned that so many women are available and really they wont ask for much if you play your cards right. I have never been the afair type because of the time and effort that is involved. I really enjoy a WG from time to time because I look at it as an experience and THERAPY. LOL!! |
