It's not the physical starfishes that bother me, it is the mental ones. It doesn't matter which position they are in, doggie, CG, whatever - you get the impression that they are just making their shopping list or something.
OTOH, you have a physical starfish who through lack of energy or skill is just lying there - but she is giving the vibe of having a great time. Even that cute sucking in the bottom lip is enough.

Yeah figuring out everyone's icebreakers might be fun. Especially if they are all the same ones and the girls are just dutifully smiling. But that is an interesting question:
What do you do for that period of time between getting in the door and getting on with it? Is it worth the time and energy to 'set the mood', or is the result not much different than just getting on with it?
A repeat is different - you can both act like long-lost lovers. But on the first time, what are some approaches?
