Probably the Hop Yee and Fuji buildings on Lockhart Rd. Should not take you over 10 mins to walk there from the Park Lane. You will want to (of course) also go to the DB page and Zero in on Causeway bay.
OTH - most locations in Hong Kong are very close by and should not be over 15 mins away on the MTR and even by taxi.
