The eagle eye is roving again
and spotted another anomaly:-
$300 for WP
but:-
a walkup
NOT a "phone appointment", so no screening via a racially prejudiced chinese-speaking-only mamasan
not Thai - nothing against the Thais, I love 'em and support 'em, it's just unusual to see Chinese below $380
in the Sham, 20 min from Central, not way out in Yuen Long or Tai Po
AND looks well younger and fitter than a typical walkup
