The thing is - and I completely understand - it's embarrassing as hell to stand in the hall and discuss finances with a WG. Especially if there are other punters around. But this is something you just have to get over. In Europe, where it is usually a brothel-type situation, you have to get used to making all of this clear before anyone takes you back to their room - and that may be in front of other people - some of them other punters. Again - it's uncomfortable, but you just have to get over that. Because the alternative is what you went through - and that's a lot more uncomfortable!
My suggestion - use small short sentences. Don't be afraid to use words like "blow job" and "anal sex" - if thats what you want. And when you are done, recap: "So, I am going to have X and Y and Z, and that will cost me $800 - OK?" Until she nods and agrees, you don't walk in the room, go upstairs, etc. If you do this once or twice, you'll get used to it.
Protip: *smile* as you do this - makes it less weird, and your prices and service will likely improve.
Ps. Same applies to taking WGs out of bars. If she didn't agree to it in the bar, and she didn't agree a price, the odds are good it's gonna be an issue in the hotel room.
