A positive effect of the new rules
A note - a side effect of the new rating policy is that it encouraged me to get off my ass and go mongering in Japan, where I rarely (if ever) monger, and check out a soapland - which I have never done before. All because I won't be back in HK for months, and needed some fodder for reporting to get more Ks. So, in that sense, it had some positive effect of making some of those of us with lower RA go out and report more... So that's not all bad.
Or at least I can rationalize to myself that this is the reason I threw down 21,000 yen on a Japanese soapland.
Three cheers for refusal to take responsibility for one's own actions!
