Agree with you 100%! Wiorse part of it all is the fact that even with all these rule changes - affecting mostly the lower ranked bros here - that indeed the "problem" has NOT been solved at all.
Unfortunately the very guy(s) who has been abusing the spirit of the forum (showing, interpreting reports here to the gals/agents) remains with his (their) high RA. So what's the point of all these changes I really wonder.

In fact, when I think about it - the ONLY thing that the higher RA requirements addresses is the particular complaint of that very same Senior - who had complained that "his girl" got upset that somebody here had put up a picture of her giving the OP a blow job> This is just not right IMHO! That he went ahead and shared the OP's report with the gal/agent - something which has upset a lot of us????? Hardly or even NOT addressesed at all!
