The clock time for stats does NOT mean anything. You don't move up in rank or read access. It just tells the amount of time you are on 141.
The PM you sent me listed all 3 that I'm on. I also occasionally go to Chinese sites that are from, China, HK and Taiwan. It is against forum rules to list them because there are competing sites, sorry.
