Yeah, I got more info over the last few punts so I've let this drop as my fears of their servitude has dissipated.
It is true that more than a few girls said they were not permitted to leave which sounded horrible. I've no reason to lie - but I'm not sure why they would say this because subsequently they told me they do go out. Perhaps it is a ruse for greater tips or gifts.
I have little actual knowledge of the working details of the agent/pimp biz here in HK (or anywhere for that matter) but I do understand how these women can be taken advantage of and abused and how often it occurs around the globe. I just had to be sure I wasn't supporting this type of thing. I guess we never really know for sure but I at least I want to keep my money as far away from that as possible.
