There is a big difference. In HK it's legal if there is no pimp. You can call the police if there is a big problem and they could be the judge. If she can prove that's the price she normally changes, you are out of luck. The police is going to tell you to pay. She will probably then ask for more for taking up her time.
Or she will call her papasan for help. Where it's illegal because she has a pimp. Then 10 guys might be there.
In China, it's illegal and you could have 10 guys in your face and no help from the police. When 10 guys do come, you are going to pay any amount to get out of the place, unless want to end up dead. Since it's illegal, you certainly don't want to call the police.
Another option, is you can quickly run out of the room and NOT pay. There is really nothing she can do since most likely you are bigger than her but your picture is on a video cam. that is if it is in HK.

I meant if the girl doesn't have a pimp ( most do on the side), it legal and the police can get involved.
If she has a pimp or agent, she will call her pimp to get involved.
