You still have to pay the Clark airport leaving tax of 750pesos (I heard it was being decreased)
The HKIA tax is included with the ticket. However, if you are not careful they will charge you extra for "board me first" which doesn't work at HKIA. They will charge you extra for a flexible ticket (normally three times the cost of a regular ticket ) and they will charge you for any luggage (140hkd or so). So if you don't read and click throughas fast as possible a flight that should cost 740hkd round trip, starts costing 1800hkd!
Their customer service is awful. You check in at one terminal and fly out of the other.it's managed by SATS at HKIA. So they can barely assist you with anything. Discount airfare.
However, when it works it works. With their schedule, their evening flight gets you into your bar of choice in Angeles after checking into your hotel by 12:30
The difference in fare from my scheduled Sunday departure (420hkd after tax) and the next flight on Monday (2100hkd after tax) was ridiculous.
So check the website for good deals. Their frequent flyer program costs money and their special offers have never been worth more than the cost of the program for me!
Just checked prices again to make sure I wasn't taking crazy pills! For a trip I am thinking about in end of February I got 241hkd +120 hkd HKIA tax to Clark. For return I got 271hkd (+750pesos exit). Haven't booked it because on clue if schedule will work out yet. But price is available

I have automatic trip delay and trip cancellation insurance. As I am registered to be living in the US and my trip here in Hong Kong was cancelled, my CC company reimburses expenditures for food and lodging up to 300USD for a 12hr delay and a much higher amount for a cancelled trip. I have to speak with them again about the specifics cancelled trip as myprevious discussion was based on a delayed trip
