A guy I know in Shekou shells out 10k rmb a month for a 19 year old that stays with him all the time. Bit steep! And yea he uses her for all his day to day issues in China. He goes mongering as well and she knows it. At 10k a month he figured there will be no complaints.
Do not know where he found her though. My recommendation would be to chat up a hot waitress in one of the restaurants / bars in front of Coastal Rose Garden, they seem very interested in expats and most speak pretty good english. I'm sure someone would sign up!
