Often whenever I get a oil rubdown as part of a massage it is very difficult not to get a hardon. Oil = possibility of HE.
But there was the one time I had to think of deathly thoughts to avoid a hardon.
I was staying at a luxury hotel resort in Rajasthan, India and it had a massage spa. I figured I was going to try it to experience what massage would be like in India.
It did not start uneventful as I couldn't really find the proper changing room. Then I realized the waiting room was the changing room!? A room wth just 3 walls. It was a bit unnerving as there was no privacy and it turned out to be a unisex place. The women were freaking out and would return to their hotel rooms to change.
Eventually I get to the massage room and waited for my masseuse. Hell, the masseuse was male. Turns out all the masseuses were male in this place. He really gave me a workout for an hour until he poured the oil all over my body and proceeded with a full oil massage of my entire body including my ass cheeks. Aiyah! It took a lot of willpower for me to counteract my LB's pavlovian reaction to an oil massage.
After successfully fighting back with all my mental powers until the end of massage, I was thoroughly exhausted. I slept well that night and it wasn't from the massage.
From then on, I learned that I should always ask any massage spas first if they have female masseuses before going for a full-body massage session.
