You coming over to stay a month is your best bet IMHO. Make sure that you just show up and NOT allow her to make any pre-preparations etc for you; you want to know/see her for what she is regularly.
Also, instead of spending a month just in pursuit of her, make sure that you also use the time to really monger around - in Hong Kong as well as other parts of Asia. Get all that good sex with her ONLY out of your mind and just screw around with others as much as you can. I THINK you'll find that she's not anything special; that's just how things usually are.
Also, prior to you going, do find out what are the chances of her EVER being allowed back into where you're at. You said something about her already being deported and not allowed back in etc.... chances of you ever being able to sponsor to emigrate in would I think be quite minimal. So maybe your choice is already made for you.
