Hi bros,
My proven recipe for maximum sperm production is:
Blackmores Lecithin capsules, Fried Eggs, chocolate milk and M150 energy drink
Next week I start my 9 Day fuck marathon tour too.
Preparation Plan:
3 days before I start eating Lecithin:
1th Day 3 time – 2 capsules/Day
2th Day 3 time – 3 capsules/Day
3th Day 3 time – 4 capsules/Day and Fried Eggs + chocolate milk.
and the following fucking Days:
3 time - 4 capsules/Day and Fried Eggs + chocolate milk + M150 energy drink
