Take a men's vitamin that includes saw palmetto extract. This stuff started out as an herbal supplement thingy and eventually several dozen clinical trials (double blinded) were done demonstrating its effectiveness in controlling BPH (benign prostate hypertrophy). The herbalists also said that it promoted general prostate health, but I haven't seen any clinical trials on that.
Now, supposedly if you take this stuff it will help you avoid BPH, and if you've got BPH it will help reduce the symptoms. I don't see it advertised as boosting your output of joy-juice (which is manufactured in the seminal vesicle anyway, no sperm required!), however a lot of guys swear that it does help increase your splooge and shorten your reload time. I don't believe those claims, and yet whenever I'm on the vitamins with this stuff I find that my singles become doubles and my doubles become triples, so go figure!
And like the other guy said: avoid coffee, asparagus, brussel sprouts and booze and hydrate instead with pineapple juice. It's funnier than hell when you get a girl midway through a CIM talking (with her mouth full ) and saying, "Oh my God! YOu taste good!" | |
