My guess is that you saved the password in IE8, but you can't import this into Firefox. First see if you can change the password to something you can remember when youlog in via IE8. If you can, then simply switch over to Firefox and use the new password.
If you can't change the password that way, then make sure your email address is correct in the profile settings whilst logged in on IE8. Then follow the site's "Forgot password" link and reset the password to something you know. I haven't tried it before, but I assume it will send you an email with instructions to confirm the password reset (or it might even email you your password). Once you know your password you should be able to login fine with any browser. | |
