It's nothing personal Bro but you can understand that although it's not literally "illegal" in HK to P4P with WGs... it's certainly not something any of us would like to shout about from the "rooftops". Especially as was mentioned Bros who are HK residents with families etc based in HK.
So a new member signs up, could be a good guy, we were all new once. Could be a jerk. Could be married, Could be single. Could be discrete, could be "in your face". As has already been suggested, and I whole heartedly agree... take some time to participate and contribute, let the 141 community get to know you. Make contributions based on your experience, if you have little or no experience make contributions based on your opinions, ideas, thoughts.
Do that first, then when you reach out to members for a meet up, you will find more Bros will respond.
