Look-it hkman - yes, I bark, and I do bark loud when somebody writes anything that's unsubstantiated AND does do harm against any establishments, persons and of course whole cities - like you did to Hong Kong.
I would have just dropped it if you had just acknowledged say like "yeah, I probably over-embellished/over-sensationalized what happened to me, Ooops - but I WAS way over-charged when I was shit-faced - so watch out in Wanchai guys!" Or something like that.
And it's Kari Juhani Koivuniemi, 45, a chief superintendant with the Finland police, who suffered a fatal heart attack in Hong Kong in 2003 after he was given Rohypnol and robbed by a prostitute. But what's that got anything to do with the price of rice .... or what we're discussing?
Except of course that such death had sparked outrage in Hong Kong a few years back which in turn brought about swift action by the Hong Kong police...which made perpetrators of these Rohypnol crimes to lay low. So.... you sure that your "friend' got Ruffied LAST WEEK???
Very sure now??!!
LOL!

Ps edit:
I did some Googling on the Wanchai Ruffieing cases; 44 REPORTED cases to 2003 - 2009. couldn't find any more cases last few years
