In Chinese:
如果没事，不要找事
如果有事，不要怕事
Direct translation:
If there is No trouble, dont go look for trouble.
If there is trouble, dont chicken out
English Phrase:
Dont go looking for trouble.
But if trouble finds you, dont be afraid.
