Not sure what system - but the ATM on the G/f of the Miraton allows me to draw out money using my Hong Kong based Debit cards (1 a Jetco/Plus and the other a UnionPay/EPS) as well as my LA based Bank of America debit/Visa credit card.
And I think I remember seeing "Cirrus" designation on that ATM.
The other ATM I've used my Hong Kong based Debit cards successfully is in the lobby of the Swan Lake hotel.
Can somebody else re-confirm?
