Seems like the thread is now mostly just concentrating on the question of how to handle pictures.
IMHO the more serious problem uncovered here is the fact that some members - especially some SENIORS - had been blatantly uncaring about how their actions in disclosing/showing others' reports to the WG's/Agent will result in other members becoming wary of posting up reports/share and care.
IMHO, we should send a very strong message to these offending members.
