I'm guessing that the reason it's never happened to you is because your exploits are so gonzo-over-the-top affairs that even the cops just shake their heads in bemusement.  I suspect that even if they did pull you over, the list of infractions would be so long that they wouldn't know where to start, and so they just don't even try!  | |
