i am 24(next year 25)years old chinese, 174cm tall, 104kg. huge body with a little fats that can be hidden when i wear clothes 
i have big bones, normal arms but huge legs 
the kegel exercise that u mention, is also the same in bahasa indonesia.
indonesia like to readjust english name to their. so not much different there.
maybe u may call that "senam kegel"
