The simplest approach I'm aware of (which I've done) is to go to New Makati in Wanchai on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, look for a cute DH, and take it from there. Repeat at other bars if nothing there. Remember most of them need to be home between 8 and 10pm so need to get your business on between 5 and 7. Hope that helps.
